The Baptist Press is offering a series of articles exploring the blurring of fact and fiction in the conspiracy-theory thriller, "The Da Vinci Code" published in 2003. Christians and seekers of the truth need to read up on this topic so they can respond when the subject comes up and be able to separate lies and half truths from fact and history.

Lifeway (an SBC ministry providing Christian resources) recently published an article detailing numerous historical but non-Bible-based citations that provided evidence for a historical Jesus. Read Ancient Evidence for Jesus from Non-Christian Sources and show it to your nonChristian friends and family. After all who can deny historical documents? Sometimes you need to challenge someone's nonbelief with "the facts" before you can get them to listen to actual scripture.
